I saw a saab with the LED line over the headlight and it looked awesome...

*ducks as the audi fan-club starts to throw rotten sauerkraut (is that even possible, or would that be 'fine vintage sauerkraut?)*

Srsly

It was black & mean looking, and the solid led headlight overline looked bad-ass ;)

The Saab might look nicer.

However, the Audi will still be faster, more agile, more comfortable, and more convenient.

I believe it was a black 9-3, and my bad, it's not an underline, it goes over the top of the headlight.

Anyway, cool your jets angry audi fans ;)

I limited my comments exclusively to this particular feature, imho at least it looks much cleaner and classier than the individual distinct LEDs audi has :)

So you've driven one or are you just making an assumption? ;)

I agree. The LED light pipes, like on the 9-3, CTS, and 5-series, look better than the direct LED accents like on recent Audi's.

I'm not a fan of the Saab styling. They just look kind of bland or something.

A lot of people like the look of the LED light pipes on my CTS. At night, it's hard to tell a lot of cars apart, but things like this can make a car stand out.

We just bought a 9-3 Aero Convertible with these headlights.

We have had so many compliments on the styling and only owned the car 5-days. The lights are pretty amazing.

The 2008 MY was when Saab changed the exterior sheetmetal and lights on the 9-3. Its a refreshing look as it follows no other cars lines so it looks very unique.

I like the way they look. also what you said that no other car comes close to the styling of them.

I think they look nice as well...and the refresh this year was much needed. Their drivetrains are even pretty competitive...but if anyone has driven one....they know it just doesn't add up to a Audi/BMW in terms of how smoothly that drivetrain runs or how nice the interior feels/works. I'm not saying I wouldn't buy a Saab...just not at the same price that I'd buy a BMW/Audi.

How do you feel about downlights? Your canary yellow M3 would look bangin' with some light purple downlights ;)

I love the 9-3 and they are quite the bargain used, but can't get over that all it is is a slightly upscale malubu/aura. FWD Lux Sport Sedan just doesn't work
