There was a squirrel in the storm drain.

It was crying and trying to get out.

I take apart storm drain.

Tried to pull it out, but accidentally ripped off part of the tail.

I go inside.

The squirrel ran out and survived.

Now I have piece of the tail.

I spent 45 minutes on this.

I was going to write a story like Ned, but mine was no match.

well look for a guide on how to treat tails so they don't just rot on your hat.

Good job. That was good of you to help out a creature that needed assistance. I like squirrels. My back yard is full of them, and I enjoy watching them.

Dang you. I just had to go out and kill one now. Had to balance out nature.

I once saved a squirrel from a trap, but it tore its testicles off in the process. So the squirrel got away but I kept its nuts.

Nice, well done. I would have tried to do the same. Poor little guy.

Good job. Squirrels are fun. Too bad about it's tail though, did you get just fur, or flesh too? Might screw up it's balance but he'll adapt. We had a chipmunk at camp that had lost it's tail somehow, and it seemed to do fine.

Squirrels are not really scary killing rabies machines people make them out to be. When I used to camp a lot I played with the squirrels all the time. Been bitten plenty of times too. Really fun to have around as wild "pets".
