I received an broken RMA...what should i do?

I had a broken LCD on my visor deluxe PDA, I called them and they charged me $85 for an RMA, and when I received it today it was broken, it wouldnt turn on at all, I tried hard, soft resets....what should I do now? I have 2 broken units sitting here.
 
Call the company and tell them you received a damaged RMA item. Ask for their procedures and a call tag so you don't pay for shipping again.
