I thnk you could probably rig something up, but it would probably require breaking open your phone.

I know nokia has a data cable that you can use to connect to laptops and other things like that. I'm prettt sure you can dial up through the data cable.

slow connect speeds for the most part but hy sre trying that new standard in Japan, I think it's called 3G and is supposed to be fast, BUt I hear they are having problems rolling it out

On some GSM nokias you can use the infared modem for your laptop/PocketPC. The speed is pretty slow though.

my friend uses his cell phone to dial up on his laptop. its nothing new.

yes you can, my startac brought a little cable that you plug into a pcmcia or whatver card and you can dial right up, but the speed is slooooooooow think the manual said like 19k
