And it automatically set my cpu core at 410 and memory at 831...
Is this safe for a 6800oc?

Also, I have an antec 350watt psu, should I install an enermax 431, would it gain performance?

thats pretty good. ive found its usually conservative, and i can get more from the memory. it depends on the drivers for me also. some autodetect closer to what i can actually run, but none quite as high. try for more. as long as the card isnt overheating, you should be fine. just back it down if you see artifacts.

antecs are quality power, so i think youre ok on that.

You need to download coolbits, do a google search, its a registry key, after you add it to the registry, it will show up in the controll panal.
