Do some pushups. I quit once like that. Every time I got ancy I just did some pushups. I started up again, but I think the method is solid.

Good luck. I quit in April after 7 years of smoking, I had gotten down to about half a pack a day when I quit.

I did it cold turkey, no patch or gum and haven't had one since. I was also unemployed which helped though.

I still feel the need to choke people, but I think it's just me 🙂

Just do your best to stick with it. I'd say have a :beer:, but that's probably a bad idea.
 
Get some hard candy/mints/gum, and eat one everytime you feel the urge to smoke. The way I quit was I kept telling myself that I was a weak person if I couldn't quit.

i think that's the ticket. you work out - your body feels good and pumped = less chance of wanted a smoke.
