i purchased a coffee syphon and i don't know how to use it

Pepsei

it's this strange kit that looks like a chemistry set with two glasses and tubes. it uses an alcohol lamp or similar heat source.

some coffee shops use this and it's suppose to brew better coffee than an espresso machine.

the instruction is in japanese. 🙁

i've seen part of it in action, the coffee gets sucked up and down.

whats the model? use the model number and look up the website or something....
those things always did look like a lot of work for coffee

although, an espresso/cappucino machine is the same way. lots of work and preperation. hell im going to get a hotair popcorn roaster just so I can roast coffee beans. already got me a shop-quality burr grinder. lol yea i like my coffee

Man, when I read the thread title I pictured some weird pressurized coffee enema machine......

And on a side note, it you ARE doing pressurized enemas, dont exceed 10 PSI and use a plastic covered room.

BAH! You can do more than 10psi if you have forged internals, an electronic boost controller and a GOOD blowoff valve, I have heard folks talking as high as 30psi
