I prefer the previous Netflix interface better.

Especially for choosing a streaming program, ESPECIALLY when digging around in TV shows.

Unfortunately I dont see a suggestion box anywhere on the site.

And let's not forget the "OH I SEE THAT THE CREDITS HAVE STARTED, TIME TO MAKE THE SCREEN TOO SMALL TO READ AND THEN PLAY THE NEXT EPISODE BEFORE YOU REALIZE WHAT'S GOING ON!"

I can't fault Netflix for trying new interfaces to see what works best, but I CAN fault them for having absolutely no way for the customers to tell them whether they actually like the changes. All that you can do is to cancel your subscription.

as in the one before the scrolling to the right for the images? Because it's been like this quite a while.

No, when you actually find a show to watch, swapping between seasons and finding an episode is a LOT harder.
And they just changed it.

oh - doesn't seem too bad... it's the 3rd to last icon on the bottom right and if you want to change seasons you click up top on the <...

Yea the seasons used to have a much better layout and interface. No idea why they went backwards with the design in this latest update.

I don't think I've experienced this.

My favorite thing about netflix on the xbox 360 is how you can't watch 2 TV show episodes in a row or you lose sound and have to restart the app. My 2nd favorite thing is the terrible interface that they reworked for no reason whatsoever. Glad I have an AppleTV for netflix now.

The Roku experience is as poor as it always has been. Except for a few weeks ago when the magically removed "Recently Watched", which made it by far poorererer then it had been previously. But that is fixed now.

Drives me crazy that to pick an episode on Xbox you have to start playing where you left off in the series and then go to the episode selection area.

The only thing worse is them constantly saying a series has new episodes when it clearly does not. How hard would it be to use some logic: did Gunbuster watch all available episodes? if true don't tell him Luther has "just been added"

Since the new interface, my PC goes into sleep mode unless I toggle full-screen off and back on between episodes.

The whole Netflix interface is horrible. The search has always pissed me off (acting like movies don't exist when only offered on DVD, etc.) and the slow scrolling left or right with multiple rows containing the same 20 shows or movies is ridiculous. The sad part is that I would pay double or triple that amount for a better "user experience" ... be it Netflix or some other streaming option without commercials.

I just watch it on a sony blu-ray player (any of the BD models) and have had no problems with the interface.
