I have a Seagate SATA drive that's my main HDD with two partitions (C and E) and I just plugged in my RMA'ed Seagate IDE drive just yesterday, I took the jumper out so that it's a Primary Slave (it's going to just be used for backup/storage stuff). Now, my computer detects the drive but it doesn't show up on My Computer...what gives? Can't I format it through Windows?

Check for your drive in Disk Management (Right-click My Computer, click Manage from the menu that pops up, the click Disk Management in left pane of the window)

Your IDE drive should be listed in there; you'll have to initialize it. Just make sure you initialize the correct drive.
