Publix is Top Supermarket for Customer Satisfaction
LAKELAND, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 2006--
For the twelfth consecutive year, Publix Super Markets is the highest-ranking supermarket for customer satisfaction according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Publix again scored 81 points.
The ranking is determined through customer interviews measuring factors such as customer expectations, perceived quality, perceived value, customer complaints and customer retention.
