I pity the poor souls in South Dakota

Just got the following hot flash from HotWire.com:

$336 Saint Louis: Radisson Hotel & Suites St Louis Downtown
3 nights + round-trip airfare
(departs from Sioux Falls)


Is South Dakota really so bad that people would travel to St Louis for a weekend getaway??

Quiet you. St. Louis is the nicest city in the midwest. By midwest I exclude the extreme north and south.

And I would rather live here than chicago.

Though I admit, Stl really isn't a vacation hotspot. We have great canoeing, good enough to be worth a trip from another part of the country.

Between the two, I would opt to just stay in SD.
