so relieved :)

passed all 6 subjects.

part iii and iv, here i come!

edit: national chiropractic board exams... it's a 4 part exam. you take each part every few months. there are six subjects covered per exam... 110 questions per subject. sometimes it's stuff you're taught in school, sometimes it's not. lots of studying involved to do well (usually).

I heard there's a part on the test where they cover/shield your eyes, and then you have to run your finger along a hairline (or something like that)

that reminds me of a story:

my friend was talking about numbness he feels in his toes... he said that they've been numb for years and he just thought it was normal. he's got horrible posture and i suspect that he might have diabetes. i did some orthopedic tests on him and found some fixations. i adjusted his low back and he regained feeling in his toes. he was like, "whoa! what the fuck, dude?" and i was like, "what?" he was like, "i can feel my toes!" and i said, "yeah? that was kinda what i was going for..." and he said, "it's like magic!" i laughed and said, "uh.. well... it's more like chiropractic, actually."

i still try and get on him about seeing a doctor to check for diabetes. i told him i could do it for him at the clinic if he wanted, but he hates getting tested for stuff and going to doctors in general. he wakes up at least twice a night to take a piss and is thirsty all the time. big time indicators of diabetes.

i was thinking of stealing some urinalysis strips from the clinic and having him pee on one so i can check the glucose... everytime i go, though, i keep forgetting.

i'm afraid to. after the last one, i'm afraid that some asshat, who will remain nameless, will play detective again and spend the time hunting down the person's myspace and post it in the thread for everyone to see. i guess at least now people know i don't make shens threads.

Thank you for clarifying which Boards you were talking about because my wife has to wait until December to get the results for the teaching National Boards. I was wondering how you got yours so early :)
