I own a domain name that Bioware has registered under (.com, .org, etc.), how can I make money?

Basically I've owned this url (darkelement.net) for about 2 years I bought it originally for a DAoC guild but I like the name so I've kept it. When I went to buy it .com was already taken by some spyware/advertisement website. In about December 2004 I noticed Bioware (through Whois), the video game company, purchased the other domain extensions like darkelement.com and darkelement.org. My guess is that they're making a game with the title of the domain.

They havent contacted me about buying the domain from me but I'm guessing they probably would be interested in it.

How exactly should I go about contacting them so I can make a little money out of this? How much do you think I could get?

This should be pretty much a given, shouldn't have to ask on AT. Just email them, and then tell us about them giving you the $5 for it!
