Yes they will. When I cancelled my PrimeCo cell account, there was a 3 cent balance. I taped a nickel to the invoice and sent it back. They mailed me back a 2 cent check.

I finished up paying off a SallieMae student loan four or five months ago. They projected that I'd owe $0.38, and it turned out to be $0.35 instead.

They sent me a congrats form letter but no check.

So, I vote no.
