I predicted riots regardless of who won. If there have been any I havent heard of them.

I AM in fact suprised. I thought there would be riots.

As such, for what its worth, I apologize to my fellow man. I was wrong.

The measure of a person isn't being right, but knowing when he's wrong and willing to admit it.

I saw some people get arrested related to celebrations, but it wasn't a riot.

What does NOT surprise me is there is no banter about "miscounted votes". Because this time, the "right guy" won.

By "right guy" I mean liberal.

Were you one of the guys who kept bringing up Mr Obama's race and then accuse his supporters or anyone not supporting Mr McCain of playing the race card?

I would like to believe this and it might be true. You must excuse my skepticism though. If I remember correctly, you've spewed quite a bit of fud about this and any number of other aspects of obama. Future actions will be the proof.

He's just one bitterly sore loser trying to back up the pathetically unfounded and whiny rant of another sore loser by trying to twist your statement into something it obviously was not.

If he ever comes to his senses, he'll be ashamed of himself for acting so poorly.

Until then, pay him no mind.

Anyway, cheers OP, in this instance, you've proven to be a stand-up guy.

To tell the truth, I don't think your prediction was that far off base. When I saw the preparations for Grant Park I thought Obama was taking a huge PR risk. After all it seems like every other NCAA championship, Super Bowl win, World Series win, etc. results in a "celebration" where fans trash cars, smash windows, etc.

It's a tribute to the American people that Tuesday night, in Grant Park and elsewhere across the US, turned out to be rather unique genuine displays of unadulterated joy.

No need to apologize, nobody took anything you said seriously, they never do.

Haven't even seen much whining or gloating. Country has lots of problems and it's all our best interest that we get solving them right away.

Being right's pretty important, too.:) He doesn't need to apologize, just take responsibility for his prediction, and he did.

Yes, because the demorats stole the election terribly, despite the votes matching the polls, and the Republicans are refusing to reveal the terrible facts what was done to them.

His RACE? No, his race was of little concern to me. Most probably find it hard to believe but I dont put much weight in race.
I DO however keep my eyes open to the facts.
