i know they have some frozen TGI fridays wings but those aren't that good.

Just buy a 5lb bag of frozen wings at the grocery store, put about half of them on a baking pan and bake at 350 for about 40 min. Then put them under the broiler to crisp them a little bit for about 2 min, flip em over and broil another couple min, take out of the oven, put them in an empty ice cream pale (or other such container) toss with Franks Red Hot or some other sauce you like and viola.

yeah it really is. I like dipping in T. Marzetti's Blue Cheese which is the most expensive part of the meal!

Mmmm. . . . wings . . . :)

I'm partial to Pizza Hut's Wing Street or Buffalo Wing Wings myself. Must . . . fight . . . temptation to order wings tonight.

In a desperate attempt not to be a food snob while you praise Domino's wings....

Wings at home:
$25 deep fryer
veggie oil
chicken wings
Frank's Red Hot sauce
butter to mix with sauce at roughly 1:1 ratio
celery
blue cheese dressing

Do not bread/flour wings
Fry ~10 mins in 350F oil
Coat with sauce while still hot
Ranch dressing is blasphemy

I bought 8 pounds of Perdue wings for $10. On sale the 4lb bags are $4.99. The sauce is approximately equal parts of Franks hot sauce and butter/margarine. Use a 60/40 or 70/30 ratio of Franks to butter to make them hotter and 40/60 or 30/70 to make them milder.

How I do it:

Thaw the wings and pat them dry.
Dredge them lightly with flour, salt and pepper. The sauce will adhere better if the wings are coated.
Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes.
While the wings are baking mix the sauce.
When done baking toss the wings in the sauce.
Put the wings under the broiler for about 30 seconds to crisp them up.

For the sauce I go 70/30 because I like them hot. Also tossing in a little white vinegar makes the sauce better, but that's optional. Serve with either blue cheese or ranch dressing. I figure a dozen wings runs about $2 for all the ingredients.

I agree with the 1:1 hot sauce(franks) to butter. I usually shake mine in seasoned flour before frying them in an electric skillet. I put just enough oil to come up half way on the wings and fry. They are insanely good

LMAO!! I just did the same thing, i had to hit up PapaJohns..

I went with Pizza Hut, as I like theirs better.

I still haven't felt brave enough to order any wings from little caesar's since my food poisoning incident from their wings a few years back.
