Hi guys.
I recently received a large order, $3000+, I went to the shipping place, signed for my box, and left. When I got home, I happily opened my package to find that all of the parts were there with the expection of my cambridge soundworks DTT2500 speakers.
I won't mention any companies at this point but the representative from the company I purchased from says that she packed the speakers into a box that was nearly as tall as her, yet the box I received was a normal sized box, only a foot or so tall.
I know what you're thinking -- I got someone else's box. But I didn't-- we've double and triple checked the order number and billing address and all of it. The parts inside are exactly what I intended to get, just no speakers.
So here I am, I have Purolator (my shipping company) telling me they gave me everything they had, and the company I bought from saying they shipped everything I ordered, but I still don't have my speakers. What are people supposed to do in a situation like this?
