after reading ornery's ipod shuffle asault in other mp3 player threads, i decided to order a muvo. woohoo. gimme some cookies biatch!
 
seriously though...does anyone jog with a mini? Can you honestly compare a HDD based music device with a solid state device? They are for totally different things, arent they? I want a mini, but im afraid I will kill it when I go on my runs.

i was thinking about it, becuz i saw the 512's at target. however, if i were to get a shuffle, i would want the 1gb version... which target did not have. anyway, what sorta bothers me about the shuffle are two things. first, it does not come with an ac charger for the internal battery (only usb charging). second, with no lcd, why is its battery life still inferior to mp3 players with backlit lcds?

how long is the battery life on the new mini's? the muvo is still considerably smaller then the mini, and that's important to me.
 
dammit, they are offering free shipping now! but that's becuz they are out of stock. i wonder if i bought the last one?
