on my epox 8kta+ mobo, i can change the bus, multiplier, core voltage, and I/O voltage. what exactly does the I/O voltage apply to? does it have any effect on overclocking? right now i have my 900 running at 1000 (10x100 @1.75 volts). it will do 1050 fine at 10.5x100 @1.85 volts. higher than that and it's not 100% stable. i have my ram at 133mhz but it's not great stuff so i cannot raise the bus AT ALL. will playing with the I/O voltage do anything for me? if so, what is a safe range to keep it in? thanks in advance...

Generally the IO voltage will help make your video card or memory more stable. However, there is a risk that something might get damaged as a result. Unlike the core voltage, where only the CPU at risk, IO voltage affects nearly all the components on the motherboard.
