I/O Voltage Questions

In O/Cing my KT7-RAID, I have found that I need to up the I/O voltage for it to work at the 115mhz bus speed (3.5v).

How high a voltage is too high?

Are there any risks or problems associated with running at 3.5v?

3.5v- 3.6v is fine. Just try not to go above that

I've heard try not to go above 3.7v so yours should be fine.
