I/O Voltage on KT7

Has any one picked up any info on the I/O Voltage settings? Do the higher settings 3.70 to 3.90 have any adverse affects?

Just what do these settings influence?

many have had problems raising it at all with a SB Live in the system. To get my system stable, I acually had to lower the voltage to 3.2.
