I/O voltage of 3.63V safe?

This question has been asked many times before (by me in fact) but I can never get an answer that convinces me. My KT7A is a real ah heck to get higher FSBs on, without raising the I/O voltage. Using the 10% tolerance theory I came up with a figure of 3.63V. The highest FSB I can get at 3.6V is 146Mhz (yes pathetic I know), but I can really see a performance gain going from 133 > 146.

Am I safe at this voltage? You opinions please.

3.6 volts is probably the maximum I would be comfortable running.

It is a safe voltage, but I would be reluctant to run any higher.

Hi AndyHui, I am pretty sure it was you who answered me before.

I am running at 3.5V I/O anyway, and have been for ages now, the bump to 3.6 should be safe then.
