I/O Magic PC PVR. Anybody own or know about it?

I am thinking about purchasing the I/O Magic PC PVR for my computer. I was wondering if anybody has any experience using it or know anything about it (performance/quality-wise)?

My system:
AMD XP 1700+
512 PC2100 DDR Nanya
GF3 Ti200 Gainward
Audigy
40 gig 60GXP IBM HDD

I just got one - seems to be working fine (just installed it about an hour ago. Software is decent - haven't tried recording yet, just watching TV. BTW - I'm running XP, using the Win2k drivers, and it seems fine...
