I found retail boxed IO Magic 24X cdrw drive is made by Aopen.
However, unlike AOpen badged drive, it's made in china, and has different product number.
Window is not identifying this drive, it just list as 241040 cdrw drive on bios and device manager.
Can I update the firmware from AOpen, and does the update make windows indentify the drive an AOpen?
