Ok so after some hesitation about updating BIOS (never done it before+i read to only do it if necessary by many people on internet). I have a MSI H81m-P33 motherboard. I went to their web site and downloaded some live updater. It seemed convenient as program automatically downloaded and installed missing features (like intel smart something and fastboot feature etc). BIOS was the last one to install when a warning window popped up saying not to turn off computer during installation and that keyboard and mouse will be locked to prevent non-complete flash of BIOS. It seemed reasonable to me... Well that thing installed and computer rebooted but when Win7 logon windows appeared i couldn't move my mouse nor type password on keyboard. I turned the PC off went to BIOS and both worked there. Then i booted into Win10 TP and again both worked normally. Then i decided to reboot to win7 again (my main OS) figuring it was a one time glitch but that was not the case. I looked in BIOS if there is any setting to turn on USB ports to act as peripherals as i read on internet sometimes this is the case but considering Win10 works i figured this is not an issue.
Then i decided to downgrade my BIOS from v1.9 to v1.8 manually within BIOS. I downloaded zip file from MSI website copied it on my USB and rebooted. Firstly it didn't recognize update. I had to unzip files and put them into ROOT of USB. Then it showed, i clicked on it to install and BIOS said that system will reboot after installation. Waiting 15 minutes lead to nothing...I had to hard reset my computer. OFC mouse and keyboard do not work. Save boot does not help as well.
Anyone has any idea what should i do to make it work?

Edit it isn't the BIOS. I managed to successfully downgrade it to v1.8, problem persists. It was that Intel smart something feature that didn't install properly. I still can't get my peripherals to work. I'm afraid i'll have to reisnall windows...
