the logitech split keyboards suck. i have one (corded) and i hate it. well, my complaint is the arrangement of the 2x3 keys above the arrow keys. and the overall crappiness of that keyboard. it's a personal issue since others do like that keyboard. my primary keyboard is the ms natural pro. i don't use the multimedia keys ;-).

plus, with USB, i can plug the wireless keyboard and mouse into this system if i need to.

I agree Mem. I've had a Logitech cordless mouse for a few months now and it rocks!

mday... hrm.. didn't notice the 2x3 arangement on the cordless one.. maybe i overlooked it. that would definately kill me.

And i use the ms natural pro too, it's just it's gotten clunky and crappy... i wish they made it w/o the multimedia keys, and charged $25 for it. the elite would work, but it has the screwy arrow keys.

Cordless AHHHH! Every cordless mouse I've tired all sucked. They are jumpy, plus you've got to change batteries.

there are okay. no difference from corded ones. of course now you can lean right back on your seat while gaming (or normal typing) comfortably.

but do remember to check your mouse and keyboard battery levels often. when the battery for the mouse is low your mouse will just suddenly stop responding. won't be too nice if this happens while you are fraggin' away. :p

that is one complaint... we should be warned when the battery level goes low.

How about battery life? How many batteries does the mouse or keyboard consume? How often do you need to change them?

I am interested in getting a small keyboard with a built-in mouse on it...
