I normally don't take back shoes. . .

episodic

Lifer
I bought a pair of Dr. Sholl's shoes other day. You know, the 'you are so gellin'' shoes.

Anyway, I'm at work yesterday, and the insole collapses. I had to walk on it the rest of the day, my foot is still sore from that.

Now, I've got to go through the embarrasement of returning shoes, cause I'll be darned if I eat that. . .

So what is the most embarrasing thing you have ever returned for your money back - exchanged does not count.

No, not at all. Best I can tell is the area below the sole just kinda caved a centimeter or so. It was quite subtle, but extrememly discomforting.

Hahaha... see, that's why Jackass had the right idea. Try it before you buy it. Maybe that was a CKY vid, not sure.

Heh..so did I. Returned a total of $900+ to Lowes without a receipt..they looked at me kinda funny, but we bought it almost a year ago..who knows where the receipt went. Had a nice gift card, though 😛

that takes the urinal cake
I wasn't going to bother to reply in this topic, but I gotta say, that's a hoot.

If I had it to do over, I don't think I'd do it again. My nephew worked in Lowes plumbing, and suggested I return it. He said it would be no problem, so I did, and it wasn't. ...I wonder if I should have drained it first? 😕
