I never thought I was capable of doing something like this...

I was at work when this happened, I'm sure that I'll have more than one person I'll have to explained myself to. I'm scared of what people may do to me if they find out; so. I've come here to confess.

I was in the break room getting some coffee and I killed the last of it out of the large dispensers we use so I started making a new batch, then this cute girl walked in. She was funny, beautiful, smart and I was totally into her. While we were talking I lost track of what I was doing, and by the time I realized what I had done it was too late...

I made a batch of Decaf. There was already a pot of decaff, and I just made another... These aren't small pots, they hold an easy two gallons.

People were already lining up to refill their cups, I panicked and ran away. The floor I work on is for all Technical Staff.

God help me, I've doomed us all.

I've done it (gallon pots, not two gallon), and didn't see a need to dump it out. But if it was the reverse situation (regular in the decaf pot) I would be sure to label it, since the heavy decaf guzzlers in the office might have a heart attack.

At least you didn't leave it empty. Afternoon slump for some is going to be horrible though.

You have a "confession" you can share with the cutie as an icebreaker next time you see her. win
