I find ZIP drive useful and I found one dirt cheap : 129CDN$ (85US$) for a ZIP250 internal.

But I know they are on the falling...
 
It looks to be a good system.
I use zip and like it BUT I use my LS120 Superdisk more. To try to backup w/ Zip is an expensive waste...100 m is too much for a photo album or recipe file and that makes it cost prohibitive.250 is worse IMO.
Allot of people knock floppys but I tell ya....The wife still puts EVERYTHING on floppers and if it wont fit she grabs a Super...Old school I guess. I use cdr's cheap and long lasting reliability.


I'd get a Superdisk and skip the Zip and get a GOOD burner, which you will find allot of uses for.....

you've got a nice system going there. As for the HS/F, you could go with any one if you don't intend to OC too much. if you want maximum performance, try and shoot for a 38cfm Delta fan, but it's on helluva loud mofo....

I'm with GunBuster on this one, dump the Zip and get at least a 12x10x32 burner. If you really must have a disk backup drive, so be it, but at least get a burner as well.

The sound card, you can consider the Hercules GameTheater XP. I've heard a lot of good things about it.

On the speakers, perhaps the new Klipsch 5.1 will fit you nicely? 🙂

 
Ok guys, I think you begin to get me...ill find an alternative for the ZIP drive.

For the case, could you be more specific ?

Any part number and/or company for the HSF ?

Ill look at the Hercules sound card and the Klipsch speaker.

I am leaving to my workplace now. Ill get your suggestions this evening.
