I need your opinions

Hi Gang,

I have been saving my benjamins for awhile now and am ready to take the plunge for a new system.

I would like your opinions as to whether I should go ahead and buy a mobo now or wait for a PCI express mobo and video card

What I would like to do is put together a high performing machine with the ability to swap in a new video card in 2 years. I think I am going to go FX-53 if that helps.

Thoughts?

PCIx has great potential but like any new technology there will be issues, for my money I wouldn't touch PCIx for at least 6 months after it's released by then we will have 2nd generation PCIx and DDR2 on the market and 2nd generation PCIx vidcards that's when I plan on upgrading
