On Apr 9, 2000 my younger brother died in a car acciedent. He just turned 18.
About a month or so before he died he sold an Car stereo amp to one of my friends, but my friend didnt pay him for it at the time because
he didnt have the money. My brother told him that he can pay him later.
I later find out that this amp was stolen property. To this day my friend hasnt mentioned about the amp until when our other friend
brought it up to me. I didnt want to him about then but the other day I asked him about it and he told me he would talk to me later about it
after dinner. I waited for his phone call, he didnt call. Last night I tried to get ahold of him but he was at work until late. Today at work
one of my coworker/friend who is also friends with my friend with the amp said he spoke with him on the phone and told me that he is really upset about
the whole ordeal. I told him the I was upset about it too and would like to get it worked out somehow.
What would you do in my shoes ? Should I get the amp from him ? Do I deserve the amp ? Does he ? Its very hard to come up with
the right thing to do in this case. One thing to keep in mind is that my friend with the amp is one of my real good friends and has never been in trouble
or done anything "bad" and is overall good hearted person.
please try to help me out
