Hi!

I got ~$650 to pend on a MOBO+RAM+CPU+VideoCard

I have been thinking of:

P4 1.8A Retail

1x512MB stick ofSamsung _Original_PC2700 RAM

EPoX EP-4G4A+

LeadTek GF4 Ti4200 ViVo w/128MB

What do you guys think?
I'm pretty much O.K. with everything except the MOBO.
I heard a lot of stories that it does not overclock too well, if anything. Some say it is because the lack of the 12V input.
I, personally, don't have a 2.03 certified PSU, so I can save some dough, but if it won't overclock well, what would I do?

I was thinking of buying the BD7-II or even the "old" 4BDA.

I have no idea what to do and I really need an answer, and fast, since I won't have an acces to the net until I setup my new rig...!

PLEASE HELP!!!

BTW, I would like to buy these from newegg.com because I heard great things about them.
My only question is, will I be able to pay the delivery service for the parts I order so they give it to newegg or something.
I really can't give a credit card...I can't take the chance... :-/

If there is no other way to pay, is there another place where I can buy these parts? My demands are that the place will have these stuff, and it must be an inexpensive and reliable place cause I only have $650 ($700 MAX!) to spend..

It also must be in NYC Chicago or Florida...!

10x!!!!!!!

People have got some great overclocks with that board. I've seen 1.6A @ 2.4 - 2.6 GHz. Newegg is a good place, Mwave.com has a better price on the mobo. I like 1.6A's better than 1.8A's. Overclock just as high or higher, and a higher FSB/mem speed = faster system. I run a 4BDA2+, but it needs the 12V connector, and costs the same as a 4G4A.

i don't know jack about intel and p4 mobos so i can't help ya there...

what i can tell ya is that i've bought from newegg on numerous occasions and have no problem giving them my credit card number.

also, as a rule bumps are every 4 hours or else the mods will have a problem with it... i'll give ya this bump free of charge tho ;)
