Friends, I need your help. When I turn on my computer, something goes wrong. After five-ten minutes of good working it becomes slow and the screen becomes black. What will you advice to do firstly? Is it better to test it on viruses at first or I need to take it to the specialist?

Hello cousin, I need some more information to be able to help you with your issues.
1. Is the computer still running when the screen goes black?
2. Do you even see a blue screen flash before the black?
3. Is your monitor losing the signal (power light turns yellow)?
4. What specifically gets slow? The mouse movements or applications?
5. Is the computer using the hard drive heavily when this occurs?

Also, give us some information about your computer (specs or model).

ketchup79, I have Samsung R528, yes, the computer goes running, just the screen goes black. It does not become blue before becoming black. Both mouse movements and applications go slow. The signal is ok. The problem looks like braking.

OK, so searching shows me that you have a laptop that is running Windows 7, so unless you tell me otherwise I am going to assume we are working with that.

Screen going black could be hardware or software. When the screen goes black, do you do a hard reboot, or does it come back by some other method?

One other thing is to try booting in safe mode, and see if the screen stays on.

Another thing you can try is hooking up an external monitor and see if that screen stays on.

Does the laptop's slowness and the screen going blank coincide, or can you have one without the other?

If they do, you might want to run a virus scan, but only when you can get the laptop to the state where you have a dependable display.

Are you active on the laptop when this occurs?

Friends, it's a real shock for me. D: After virus scanning by the specialist there were 34 viruses discovered. How? It is a real shock for me. Anyway, thank you for advices you gave me,now my laptop is running well again. That was a rich experience for me. :\

The worst thing is that I used and go on using anti-virus ESET Smart Security. But I cannot realize even now how it can be possible this anti-virus passed so many viruses. Isn't ESET SS considered as good anti-virus system?D:
