I'm looking for rubber floor mats for my car. It's a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta. Should I get the ones from the dealer or is there something better?

I like the monster mats I got from the dealer when I bought my car. There usually is a 10% dead tree discount coupon available, but you may not want to wait to get them..

Just checked vw.com -> owners -> driver gear, took me to my dealer's driver gear page; mats are cheaper than at ecstuning.

I have a 07 Passat, and the monster mats fit exactly and work with the retaining clips on the floor. I'm sure it is the same with your Jetta.

Bought mine at Canadian Tire. Unless you're from Canada I'm guessing you won't know what that is... But basically any store that sells car stuff. If you go out of your way to not get the cheapest thing, then you can get some that are sized to fit almost any vehicle. I got those for my 2009 Corolla and they fit perfectly.

I just bought the fitted OEM matts online from some dealership and my buddy got some OEM ones from ebay. The Weathertech ones look pretty good, and I think I paid the same price for my OEM ones...

Thanks for the suggestions. I went with the Monster Mats from VW. FYI the cheapest place to get them is eBay but I got them from the dealership.

I wouldn't pay more than $20 for winter floor mats unless they're the rubber ones. I just buy cheapos from Walmart and then throw them away when I'm done.

GF got me the monster mats for my VW. Fit and look great. Just in time for the rainy season.
