I'm looking to mount a 32" Westinghouse LCD TV. I would like one that allows the tv to turn up to 90 degrees. Does anyone make one? My budget is about $200, but I'm flexible if it's a question of quality.

I'm new to setting up a home theatre, so any advice can be helpful. Thanks!
 
I second the monoprice decision. I have the aluminum arm one for a larger set (I have a 40" hanging from it). It was well worth the price (very reasonable price I might add) and is solid as a rock.
