I need two motherboard recommendations

I just bought a ATI x1900 and I need some good AMD Socket 939 motherboards suggestions.

I am also in need of some recommendations for AMD Socket 939 motherboards that has an AGP slot and PCIe for future upgrades. I am putting my old Geforce 6800 in this so it can use nforce.

I don't need firewire on either. I might do some over clocking but that isn't a priority. Onboard LAN is a must. Built in sound would be nice at least for the second one. And though SLI/Crossfire would give me something to fight with the wife with the next time I upgrade it's not that important to me. As for the price, they need to be sub-$100 and cheaper is better.

For PCI-E This is my favorite budget board.

For AGP This is, IMHO the best S939 AGP board.

Thanks. I had a bad experiance with MSI so I don't wish to use them again.

For your second request (939 board with AGP+PCI-E), the ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 is the only realistic option. There are a lot of us here with the board (I've been maintaining a very long thread about the board since last July), and it works quite well. It's not perfect (mainly lack of voltage controls for overclocking, although there is a simple voltmod), but for $65 it's a great value. And it's really the only board with full-speed AGP and PCI-E too. It has onboard LAN and sound, which isn't awesome or anything but it works if you just need some basic sound.
