I need to writeup a WILL ... can I do it using software ... these are really cheap !

Or do I need a lawyer ?

I know that the WILL needs to be attested ... so if I use a software I cannot do that ... right ?

Care to offer me some advice ? Thanks !

Do you really need a lawyer and fancy software?

I would also involve a tax lawyer to deal with the trusts and all that.

I was planning on using software. It's just a document. It doesn't need to be that complicated. Just have it notarized.
