I need to view an MPG in slow-motion, what program to use?

I've searched for a good program but I don't have time to download them all and test them out (im on 56k). I just want to get a program that allows me to watch MPG's in slo-mo... Windows media/quicktime/divx isnt working for me.

And its not for porn, btw.
