Just for a friend that lost his password from changing his email address I believe. This is for Barefoot my buddy😀

Our records show Barefoot has an email address @asbury.edu. If this is a current email address, he can retrieve his password by going to the login window, and clicking "Forget your login information?" His password will be sent to his registered address.

Let us know if there he still has problems.

Just a couple things - one is if your friend changed to a legit e-mail, the new p/w is automatically sent to the new email, also can be re-requested to be sent if s/he lost it or whatever. If you still need to talk to a mod you can initiate a PM to AnandTech Moderator.

Sorry, I believe the MODS have given him two new passwords and neither work 🙁 What can I do to help him?

What happens if he clicks the "I forgot my password" (or whatever the phrasing is) link?
