I need to submit my landscape plans to my HOA. Anyone have any recommendations on what software to use?

I would much rather do it on a computer than hand draw. Looks much nicer but can't seem to find any good templates out there. Those of you that have to do this, what did you use?

Did my basement plans for the city in Visio, it had landscaping icons as well.

My advice:

Take a photo of your yard. Import the .jpg into your favorite photo editing program. Make notations on the photo. Print out and submit.

Really, there's no need to go overboard. Just show the HOA that you're going to be using good taste and all should be fine.

Now, I've never done any of that so it's just my best guess.

NogginBoink, I like your idea but I need to also have pics of the side yard as well. I tried to get a copy of the blueprints, but the builder would not share those.
