I need to split a Composite signal...

I have an HDTV and a HDPVR. I need to split the signal so one end goes to the PVR and the other goes to the TV. I realize that the PVR has a loopthrough in it, but A)My PVR is ~50ft away from my TV, so I wouldnt want to pay for the extra cable and B)maybe there would be lag by the time the signal went 100ft

So, I need a splitter or some kind of workaround to get it done...

Thanks

Are you using composite to carry the main video feed into your HDTV? Wouldn't you get higher resolution if you were to use component?

WOW.... sry yeah component.. oops. Swap the word component for composite. I am only using the Y, Pb, Pr cables
