You could put an on off switch on pins 13 & 14 of the motherboard connector and flip it on when you boot up your PC but that would be just like an AT power supply. Pics if you're confused of what i'm talking about.
If you are really daring it should be possible to splice into the 13th and 14th wire of the main PSU, split it and run it to the secondary PSUs 13 and 14 pin. This should make the mobo control the PSU, but I could be wrong. Anyone have any ideas?
