So far Nutbucket recommended shorting out the light bulb socket, but i found out there isn't one like on the newer fridges. There's a little vent near the back (imagine an a/c vent on your car), i'm thinking that pouring salt water down that vent should short something out, right? What other choice do i have to make it seem as if it failed on its own? I would like to keep the fridge where it is, without moving it out. God knows what's behind it, after having been in the same spot for 20+ years.
