I Need to remove an extension from the Mozilla Suite v1.7.13

In older versions of this browser removing an extension was easy via the old extension manager. But in later versions (I believe 1.5 and later) this feature was removed. Does anyone know how to remove an extension or where I can find a windows plugin/extension that will allow me to manage my extensions/plugins?
