I need to record 3 interviews

I would like to make them look like the cut away clips in any of these videos:

Clean.

I am a photographer not a videographer so any tips will be great

The setting for the interviews will be in the band director's offices they are small rooms about 10 feet x 10 feet and are made with cement walls (echo?)

I'll be using more then 1 camera probably 2

Since I am borrowing equipment from the school ill post tomorrow what ill be using

All post production will be done in Final Cut Pro

also the interviews are going to be in between a slideshow
