I need to put a christmas border on a picture...

I have Photoshop, but lack the skill of knowing how to put a border on a picture. I took pics of my little ones lastnight and would like to get a border around it..something christmas like. Is it possible?

If paintshop would work, I'm sure you can figure out photoshop.
 
Post the pics and maybe someone can do it for you. I've done nice Christmas type borders for my family pics before but I use Corel PhotoPaint so I can't help you with what Photoshop has to do this.
