Daemon tools is coming up as not recognized. Is there anything else I can use to mount an ISO so I can burn the contents to DVD?
 
I'm running Daemon Tools Lite 4.12 and it works just fine.

But what exactly are you trying to do?

what exactly does that mean, anyway? ISO Burn will let you burn images directly to DVD... not sure what you want to do.
 
People used to use Alcohol 52%. Haven't looked at them for a while. But they were the same as Daemon-tools and the pro version offered the ability to burn CDs.

Daemon-tools should work with vista or windows 7.
