It's for the results of a malpractice/insurance arbitration, not a trivial matter. I'll get official notification, but this is for the earliest news.

I just can't get the nerve to make this call.

Any advice for getting this over with? Thanks.

update: Call made. Arbitration was unsuccessful, sending the case back to the judge.

😀 Okay! That's good enough for me . . . here I go . . . thanks

Have a rummage around in your pockets for a pair of balls... soon as you find them, give them a little squeeze and go for gold.

It's like tearing off a bandaid, just do it quickly and dont think about it. Before you know it, it will be over.

if its for some results that you have no further control over, just do it. its not like you're negociating for something

Call made. Arbitration group unable to agree, they're sending it back to the judge. I always thought that "binding arbitration" meant that it would be final, but obviously I thought wrong.

I can't really discuss the details, not allowed to. But . . . my lawyers THINK that sending it back to the judge will mean that the judge dismisses the suit, which would be a win for me.
