i need to "learn" MS Exchange Server and ADS asap

can anyone point me to some good tutorials?

im not even sure what ADS stands for, but its in the context of network administration. i believe its Active Directory Service- someone correct me if im wrong

i will be setting up a machine with Exchange and ADS to work on to use with any tutorials

FYI...These subjects are not areas that can be learned in a day!

You can see it now:

1. Person goes for interview and fakes some terms

2. Person gets hired

3. Person blows up the companies Exchange server

4. Person is fired

What's with the quotes around learn? Do you want to learn or not?

If you do, you've got a lot of reading and hands on work to do.

er lets stop with the judgement. who said im applying for a job? i just said i need to learn it asap. and the quotes around learn are because i know i cant learn it in a day, and the only real way to learn is with experience, but i need to start learning as much as i can. thanks for the help
