I need to hardware Diagnostic program that can run off a floppy

I have a Soyo dragon that I just got running again (It was only a corrupted BIOS after all, not a dead board.). It was extremely flaky b4 I flashed the BIOS, but seems to run alright now. Before I go out and buy some Hard drives for this system, I'd like to make sure it isn't screwed up. What is the best Hardware Diagnostic/Stress Tester that can be booted off a floppy disk?
